Dubai, the #1 Tourist Destination in the World for a reason

The Department for Economy & Tourism Dubai selected Smartvisit to create and manage its official Dubai Pass. Destination Marketing Organisations (DMOs) are looking for ways to attract new visitors and incentivize them to stay longer and spend more. Dubai Tourism needed an innovative approach that would increase a visitor’s stay and spend while exciting them. iVenture Card was able to deliver a complete white-label solution for Dubai Tourism, including a customized website for the pass, physical and digital creative assets, and management of contracting, redemption process, and billing. Launched in May 2018, the Dubai Pass aimed to increase awareness of the attractions, tours, and activities in Dubai to international audiences, boost prepurchase sales, and motivate more time spent in the destination by showcasing and incentivizing a broader range of experiences.

Arabian Adventures Pass

dnata Travel Group's Arabian Adventures brand created The Adventure Pass using Smartvist's platform and integrated with the Smartvisit mobile application to enable their customers to activate a pass and access online bookings, attraction directories and maps, a pass wallet, and 24/7 customer support simply and quickly on both iOS and Android devices.
