Visit Destination Phillip Island
Destination Phillip Island (DPI) engaged iVenture Card to provide an end-to-end solution to entice visitation from all Australian states (except Victoria) post Covid-19.
A popular destination during Summer & Spring, DPI was given the task to drive numbers during the off-peak season July - September. iVenture Card created the Visit Phillip Island Pass which entailed a credit-based activities pass with a value of $250 which could be redeemed towards local participating activities, experiences, food and beverage locations, attractions and/or tours in the surrounding areas for guests who had booked a two-night minimum stay.
The solution created for Destination Phillip Island was a bespoke turnkey product that included everything from a digital pass, URL procurement, domain hosting, access to a customer service team for customers, a website chatbot, merchant training online and on-site, and a dedicated mobile-friendly website.
Rydges Sydney Pass
Post Covid-19 leisure visitation to Sydney was increasing each month and Rydges was wanting a channel to drive value for Rydges guests. Smartvisit created for Rydges their own tours and activities website for three of Rydges' Sydney hotels.
The sites are fully powered by Smartvisit technology, a beautifully crafted e-commerce platform and payments solution that plugs seamlessly into the Rydges eco-system, as well as a wealth of tours and attractions to curate these passes from Smartvisit’s iVenture Card portfolio. Also created for Rydges was collateral and videos to assist the promotion of the websites.
